Although Foxcroft Stationers moves as quickly as possible to process orders, it is possible to cancel if the item has not yet been printed or shipped. In the event of printed goods, film and other charges may be imposed if production has already begun. Remember, as the nature of our business is extremely time-sensitive, we must move on orders as quickly as possible! Canceled orders are subject to a fee.

Reprints

As it is the nature of the printing business, occasionally an order must go back to press. If an order was produced incorrectly by Foxcroft Stationers, priority press time and shipping are used. If an order requires to be reprinted because of details out of our control, (i.e. - Event date changed, Host's name spelled wrong, did not order enough invitations first time) Foxcroft Stationers will make every effort to expedite the reprint at a reduced rate. Shipping Charges are still responsibility of the recipient.
