Payment

Foxcroft Stationers accepts American Express, Visa, Discover and MasterCard. Money Orders and Cashier Checks may be mailed as payment, but goods are held until these forms of payment are received and cleared. We regret that we cannot accept personal checks. Sales tax will be added to orders being shipped within the State of Texas, 8.25%.

Shipping Restrictions
  • Foxcroft Stationers ships packages Monday - Friday.

  • We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.

  • FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We require a house or business location for shipping.

Once a package is shipped, UPS or FedEx is unable to upgrade the transit time. Please let us know in advance if you need to change your shipping method. Please understand that delays may occur due to weather conditions, product availability, or other conditions out of our control. We will try to inform you if there are any delays to your order. In some rare occasions, products may be on backorder or out of stock. We will contact you if this occurs.

Billing

Q. When is my Credit Card charged and what forms of payment do you accept?
A. Your credit card will only be billed after you confirm your order. After you are sure your order is correct, click the Submit button and your credit card will be automatically billed.
Q. Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
A. The law requires that Foxcroft Stationers collect 8.25% State Sales Tax on all orders which are being shipped within the State of Texas. All other US locations are exempt.

Ordering

Q. What if I need more invitations?
A. When more invitations are needed, it is just like starting over. Although your information is in our database, new press film must be developed as well as new press set-ups. We treat these instances with care and will work with you all that we can, but there is just no way around it, it is a costly proposition for any printer.
Q. I need help wording my order!
A. We can help you with wording. Just call the store and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help you.
Q. What if I do not wish to order online?
A.

You may fax your order to Foxcroft Stationers toll free by simply printing your "Order Summary Page". Phone orders are welcome as well.
